It has been 4 years since Slipknot has released an album, and now they are back with a vengance and probably the most anticipated metal album of the decade - All Hope Is Gone.
This will be their most experimental album with more acoustic guitars, and melodic vocals, mixed in with their thrash metal riffing.
They also return with new masks. They haven't changed majorly but have been edited, and redesigned by each of the band members for a more individualistic approcah. Also for the same reasons they will sometimes be abandoning the boilersuits and wearing their own suits that they have made.
Already metalheads have been coveting the 2 singals they have released from the new album with the titles:
All Hope Is Gone
Psychosocial
So new album, new masks, new suits and a new sickness.
What do people think? A good move?
